The investment seeks capital appreciation through environmentally responsible investing. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities of domestic small and medium size companies that adviser believes are enviromentally responsible, best in class companies, reasonable priced and exhibit the potential for superior growth.
The Winslow Green Solutions Fund expects to invest globally in companies of varying sizes that provide green solutions. Winslow defines green solutions as products or services that reduce resource consumption; decrease pollution such as climate-changing greenhouse gases, or contribute to natural and sustainable nutrition and health. Winslow seeks to ensure that all companies within the Fund’s portfolio derive their primary revenue from these green products or services.
The Fund seeks to invest in companies that the Adviser believes are reasonably priced and exhibit the potential for superior growth. The Fund will ordinarily concentrate in companies with market capitalizations between $1 billion and $10 billion, and may invest up to 50% of assets outside the U.S. The Fund's benchmark is the Russell Midcap Growth Index.
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests 80% of net assets (including borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of U.S. and non-U.S. companies whose main business is alternative energy or are significantly involved in the alternative energy sector. It invests in securities of all market capitalizations. The fund may also invest in American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") and Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs"). It's nondiversified.

The investment seeks high total return. The fund normally invests at least 80% of net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes in common and preferred stock and securities convertible into common or preferred stock. This investment policy and the name of the Fund may not be changed without at least 60 days prior written notice to shareholders. The fund may invest up to 20% of assets in foreign securities.
The Spectra Green Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of companies of any size that, in the opinion of the Fund's management, conduct their business in an environmentally sustainable manner, while demonstrating promising growth potential.
The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund primarily invests in common stocks of domestic and foreign companies of any size market capitalization in at least three, but typically as many as ten to twenty countries in addition to the United States. The companies must satisfy certain environmental criteria and exhibit certain financial characteristics that indicate positive prospects for long-term earnings growth.
